During tool change the laser transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) can be easily moved clear. After the punch is changed the TX is moved back into position and quickly adjusted to the required position using the supplied alignment magnet. The RX only needs to be roughly adjusted so the laser fall approximately in the middle of the 40mm high receiving window.

Adjustment only takes a matter of seconds. Tool change is even quicker with the quick lock linear brackets.

If correct adjustment is not carried out after a tool change and the TX and RX and not aligned then the LZS-003 will only allow closing in slow speed.
