LZS-003-HS Press Brake Guarding System
The safest and most productive retrofit guarding system designed specifically for press brake applications. The system provides the operator unrestricted access to the tool area while allowing safe high speed closing. Safer and more productive than traditional light curtains. Come and see the system in operation and talk to an integration specialist about your specific machine applications.
LZS-005 Press Brake Guarding System
Available with new press brakes the LZS-005 provides the ultimate in operator safety and machine productivity. Utilising a block laser and digital camera receiver the system envelops the punch with a complete safety zone for enhanced operator protection. The TOOL ALIGN feature images the tool and automatically adjusts the safety zone around the punch for simple, quick and automatic set-up. With progressive muting the system also provides protection and high speed closing to an opening of just 2mm to greatly reduce cycle time and enhance productivity.
IMG - Angle Measurement System
Provides all the features of the LZS-005 system plus advanced image processing technology that captures and processes images of the work piece to instantly calculate the bend angle on every cycle. Fully integrated with the machine's CNC system the IMG improves quality control and productivity while reducing costly material wastage.
