New tracking system for Customer Service enquiries

As you may already be aware, Lazer Safe has recently implemented an automated system for tracking customer service requests. This system (known as "RT") automatically records all emails sent to our customer service address customerservice@lazersafe.com.au and issues a "ticket number" to the sender by return email. This ticket number applies to the request until it is resolved and contains a copy of all correspondence between Lazer Safe and the customer.

Another important benefit of this system is that it ensures that every request is recorded and answered in the shortest possible time.

To ensure that your emails are filed in the correct ticket, please ensure that you do not remove the information in the subject line when replying to an email sent through RT. Usually, it looks something like this:

[rt.lazersafe.com.au #000] AutoReply: (your original subject line)

Please remember to send all technical support enquiries to customerservice@lazersafe.com.au.
